Philadelphiak\u00e4se<\/li>\n<li>1 Bund frischer B\u00e4rlauch<\/li>\n<li>geriebener  Parmesank\u00e4se<\/li>\n<li>bestes Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>Salz und Pfeffer<!--more--><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Den Spargel  waschen und das untere holzige Ende abschneiden. Reichlich Salzwasser  zum Kochen bringen und den Spargel darin bissfest garen. Das  Spargelwasser f\u00fcr die Risottozubereitung aufbewahren. F\u00fcr die  B\u00e4rlauchcreme den Philadelphiak\u00e4se mit dem B\u00e4rlauch im Mixer cremig  mixen und anschliessend salzen und pfeffern. Die  Schalotten putzen, feinschneiden und in etwas Oliven\u00f6l and\u00fcnsten. Den  Reis hinzugeben und glasig d\u00fcnsten. Mit dem Wei\u00dfwein abl\u00f6schen und nach  und nach das Spargelwasser hinzugeben, (immer nur soviel, wie der Reis  zum Ausquellen braucht) bis der Reis gar ist. Zum Schluss den in St\u00fccke  geschnittenen Spargel untermischen und mit 2-3 EL B\u00e4rlauchcreme  abschmecken. Je nach Geschmack zus\u00e4tzlich Parmesank\u00e4se unterr\u00fchren.
