Die trockenen Zutaten in eine gro\u00dfe R\u00fchsch\u00fcssel geben. Mit einem Handmixer die Butter mit dem Zucker schaumig r\u00fchren. Die Eier hinzuf\u00fcgen und ein paar Minuten weiterschlagen, dann die Buttermilch hinzugeben. Die trockenen Zutaten zur Ei-Mischung geben und nur leicht verr\u00fchren. Dann behutsam die Kirschen, die ger\u00f6steten Mandeln (und die Schokolade) unterheben. Den Teig in eine gefettete Kastenform f\u00fcllen und mit Mandelbl\u00e4ttchen bestreuen. F\u00fcr 55 Minuten backen.
