Den Ingwer sch\u00e4len und reiben. 2 Zitronengrasstangen l\u00e4ngs einschneiden, die anderen 2 in Scheiben schneiden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Etwas \u00d6l in einem Topf erhitzen, Ingwer und l\u00e4ngs eingeschnittene Zitronengrasstangen kurz anbraten, dann den K\u00fcrbis hinzugeben. Kurz and\u00fcnsten lassen und die Br\u00fche dazugeben. Bei schwacher Hitze k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis der K\u00fcrbis weich ist. Die Suppe p\u00fcrieren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">W\u00e4hrend die Suppe kocht, die Milch mit dem restlichen Zitronengras aufkochen, vom Herd nehmen und ca. 10 minuten ziehen lassen. Danach die Zitronengrasscheiben herausfischen und die Milch aufsch\u00e4umen (mit dem P\u00fcrierstab oder mit einem Aufsch\u00e4umer).
