Hokkaido), ca. 1kg<\/li>\n<li>2 Schalotten, grob gehackt<\/li>\n<li>etwas Butter<\/li>\n<li>250 ml Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche<\/li>\n<li>250 ml Wei\u00dfwein<\/li>\n<li>1 kleines Glas Milch<\/li>\n<li>1 kleines Glas Sahne<\/li>\n<li>Cayennepfeffer<\/li>\n<li>1 Stk. frischer Ingwer (ca. 3 cm), fein gehackt oder gerieben<\/li>\n<li>etwas K\u00fcrbiskern\u00f6l<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zubereitung<\/p>\n<p>Den  K\u00fcrbis waschen, entkernen, evtl. sch\u00e4len (die Schale vom Hokkaido kann  man essen) und zerkleinern. Schalotten und Ingwer in etwas Butter  anschwitzen, mit Cayennepfeffer best\u00e4uben, dann die K\u00fcrbisst\u00fccke  hinzugeben und anschmoren. Mit der Br\u00fche und dem Wein abl\u00f6schen und ca.  15-20 minuten kochen, bis der K\u00fcrbis weich ist. Mit dem Stabmixer  p\u00fcrieren, mit Milch und Sahne bis zur gew\u00fcnschten Konsistenz auff\u00fcllen  und noch kurz k\u00f6cheln lassen. Evtl noch salzen und pfeffern.
